#1- Best Defense Against Micro plastics in Your Body
I’m very concerned about the amount of micro plastics I am probably ingesting as they are found in so many foods and products I eat or use. At home, I feel I have managed to decrease my exposure to plastic for many years ( by using glass containers, wood cutting boards and utensils and filtering the drinking water) but I don’t have control of what I’m exposed to outside of my home.
