I am still looking for the modern-day equivalent of those Quakers who ran successful businesses, made money because they offered honest products and treated their people decently, worked hard, spent honestly, saved honestly, gave honest value for money, put back more than they took out and told no lies. This business creed, sadly, seems long forgotten.

Hello Friends,
Welcome all subscribers to the latest issue of my Newsletter and a big thank you to all paid subscribers! Do any of you remember the store The Body Shop and how it was back in the 1980’s? It was such a great shop. It was just bought recently and I hope that the new owners want to turn the clock back to the wonderful store it was when it first started. More about The Body Shop in this issue.
I usually start the Newsletter by writing about something healthy or health information, but this time, you’ll learn about something that is best to be avoided, especially by the teenagers in your life. To be informed is to be empowered.
My spirits are always lifted when I learn about people who are helping to improve the lives of animals and the environment in general. You will learn about who are the Guardians of the Oceans and also about some great news about the Klamath River (in case you missed it). Don’t miss watching the short animated film in this issue. It’s wonderful. Onwards!
