Hello Friends!
Welcome all new subscribers and a big thank you to all paid subscribers.
So here we are, at the beginning of summer and I really hope it’s going to be a better one weather wise. I live in the Hudson Valley, in upstate New York, and last June, the air was filled with smoke for days from the fires in Canada and lots of rain the rest of the summer. Right now, the garden seems to be on steroids, and everything is growing like crazy, the weeds too! I’m so happy to finally be eating kale, arugula, parsley, spinach, mustard lettuce and herbs from my own garden, all to be shared as well with my daughters. Tomatoes, all sorts of berries, zucchini, edamame, and basil coming up soon!
Love that Boyan Slat quote and so true indeed it is!

Onwards!
